Ricardo Alho Project Manager

As Contracts Manager at Triple 3 Projects, I am responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects. My role centres on translating design into reality by developing construction programmes, coordinating site teams, managing procurement, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect. I work closely with the project management team, consultants, and site supervisors to resolve technical challenges, improve project systems and processes, and keep projects progressing according to programme. With a strong background in engineering, project management, and construction, I enjoy solving complex technical problems and driving continuous improvement across our operations. I have led the development and implementation of the company’s digital project management and quality systems, helping to create more structured, efficient, and accountable project delivery. My attention to detail, practical approach, and commitment to quality enable me to bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring that every stage of a project is carefully planned and effectively executed.
